I am so happy to be announcing that I have added a few more treatment options starting tomorrow! Please review the New Package Options, and Intensive Treatment Options on the poster below. There are new rates for single treatment sessions as well. All of the new fees are outlined below. (taxes are included in all fees noted below)
It has also come to my attention that the online booking system is not working perfectly. So, if you do book online, please send me a text, email or a phone call just stating for what day/time and for how long of a session did you book in for. That way we have 100% confirmation that I have received your appointment schedule.
Other than that, I wish you all a wonderful spring, (even tho it feels a lot like winter this week!) and please stop in or call should you need Myofascial Release Treatment!
Having so much diversity under one roof could seem a bit overwhelming to some. But for us at AAA, we see the value in having many options and a diverse support system in place to achieve fitness and wellness goals. Our newest addition to your health and fitness options includes our MFR Intensive Treatment Programs . See below

Massage therapy benefits people of all ages. While it benefits the injured, the ill and the stressed, the strength of massage therapy in preventing illness and conditions before they develop cannot be overlooked. Massage therapy can be used in the treatment of both acute and chronic stages of conditions.
The following is a list of conditions for which massage therapy, when provided by a Registered Massage Therapist, can prove beneficial:
Anxiety and depression
Asthma and Emphysema
Back, leg, and neck pain

Massage Therapy as Part of your Health Maintenance Plan

Reducing or eliminating pain
Improving joint mobility
Improving immune system functioning
Increasing lymphatic drainage
Reducing depression and anxiety
Reducing tension within muscles

Massage therapy benefits people of all ages. While it benefits the injured, the ill and the stressed, the real strength of massage therapy lies in prevention.
