A) Free, First, Fridays of the month!

Join us for a complimentary class each First Friday of the month. Each month we will highlight one of our many programs for you to try out.

FFF at AAA classes are at 6pm and begins June 7th, July 5th, August 2nd, September 6th, October 4th, November 1st and December 6th.

Stay tuned for what program it will be for each month.

B) Free Month Membership earned when you bring in a friend!

All current members will receive One Month Membership for each friend that they bring who also becomes a full member! Bring two friends that join and get two months free, etc…

AAA classes run non stop 12 months a year ! We will only be closed on stat holidays.
